What Happens Next

If you think that I’m the right photographer to record your special day, then simply contact me either by phone, email or using the form on the contact page of this site.  We’ll then arrange meet and have an informal chat about your particular requirements  If, at the end of this meeting, you feel that for any reason I’m not the right photographer for you, then we’ll shake hands and you won’t owe me a penny. 

If, on the other hand, you’re happy to proceed, then I’ll ask for a £150 non-refundable deposit for my services.  This deposit payment will be deducted from the final bill and will allow me to reserve the date of your wedding in my diary and carry out my preparation for your big day.  As part of this preparation I will visit the venues of the ceremony and reception, if appropriate, to ensure that I get the best possible coverage and that there are no surprises on the day.  I may also meet or speak to officials to discuss proceedings and agree any ground rules with them.

If any problems come to light it may be necessary to have another meeting but usually this is not the case and I will telephone you a few days before the ceremony just to confirm the date and times.
