After the Event

All the photos will be loaded onto the hard drive of my PC.  I’ll make a backup copy onto a removable disk drive and will also copy the photos onto a DVD, which will be kept separate from the PC.

I’ll typically take between 800 and 1,200 photos during the day and all of these will be loaded onto a DVD and posted to you, usually within 2 weeks of the wedding day.  The DVD is yours to keep and there will be no restriction on what you do with the photos.

I will then choose about 100 of what I consider to be the best photos.  I will manipulate these photos in the digital darkroom to crop, correct colours, sharpen, and generally get the best from the shot.  I will put these 100 photos onto a DVD and post this to you, again, with no restriction as to what you do with the photos.  I will also create an album on my web site which will contain these 100 photos and will be password protected so that anyone you choose to give the password to can also enjoy the memories of your wedding day.

Although selling prints after the event is not my main objective, if anyone viewing the photos does want to buy a picture from the website, then this can easily be done by simply clicking the “Buy this picture” button.
